Something's not working

Team purchasing restrictions

If you are the team administrator, you can set restrictions to prevent unintentional or unauthorized purchases from your Canva for Work account.

To allow a specific user role to purchase paid elements:

  1. Click on the small arrow next to your profile name. This will reveal a small drop down menu.
  2. Click on Account Settings.
  3. Click on the Billing and Teams tab.
  4. Under Team purchasing restrictions, toggle on the User role menu.
  5. Click on the user role you wish to allow to purchase paid elements.

note: An email notification will be sent every time a purchase is made.
