Team purchasing restrictions
Want to keep track of your team’s expenses? If you’re the team administrator, you can set restrictions to prevent unintentional or unauthorized purchases in your Canva for Work account.
To allow a specific user role to purchase paid elements:
- Click on the small arrow next to your profile name and select Account Settings.
- Click on the Billing & Teams tab.
- Under Team purchasing restrictions, click the User role dropdown.
- Choose which user role setup you prefer for your team.
