Team purchasing restrictions
If you are the team administrator, you can set restrictions to prevent unintentional or unauthorized purchases from your Canva for Work account.
To allow a specific user role to purchase paid elements:
- Click on the small arrow next to your profile name. This will reveal a small drop down menu.
- Click on Account Settings.
- Click on the Billing and Teams tab.
- Under Team purchasing restrictions, toggle on the User role menu.
- Click on the user role you wish to allow to purchase paid elements.
note: An email notification will be sent every time a purchase is made.
