Team purchasing restrictions
If you are the team owner or administrator, you can set restrictions to prevent unintentional or unauthorized purchases from your Canva for Work account.
note: Ensure you are doing this on a desktop browser as team features are not yet accessible from the mobile apps.
To allow a specific user role to purchase paid elements:
- Click on the small arrow next to your profile name and select Account Settings.
- Click on the Billing & Teams tab.
- Under Team purchasing restrictions, click the User role dropdown.
- Choose which user role setup you prefer for your team.
note: An email notification will be sent to the team owner and billing contacts every time a purchase is made.
