Removing team members
Need to let go of a member? You can do this a number of ways.
Removing a team member as an owner
As an owner or administrator, you can remove team members as necessary.
Before doing this, it’s important to remember that removing a team member doesn’t delete any shared designs, fonts, logos or photos the concerned member created or shared. If you wish to remove these, you have to delete them manually.
Here’s how to delete a member as an owner or administrator:
- Log in to Canva.
- If applicable, switch to the team you would like to invite members to.
- Click on the Team members tab.
- Find the person you wish to remove from your team.
- Click on the team member’s role.
- Select Remove from team.
