Inviting team members
As soon as you’ve created a new Canva team, you’ll want to invite your team members to join so they can see updates in your projects too.
To invite new members to a team:
- Log in to Canva.
- If applicable, switch to the team you would like to invite members to.
- Click on the Team members tab.
- Enter the email addresses of your new team members. Standard Canva users can invite up to 10 people to join their team. Canva For Work users can invite an unlimited number of people to their account.
- Choose your team member permissions.
- Click Send invitations.
Before your team members can join your team, they will need to accept their email invitations.
Paying for additional team members
Have a new recruit? Make sure they’re up to speed on your group’s important projects. Add them to your Canva for Work team, but note that subscription charges will apply as it depends on the number of teams and team members you have.
The monthly billing plan’s rate is at $US12.95 per month per team for each member – to be paid every month. The annual plan’s rate is at $US119.40 per year per team for each team member – to be paid once a year.
