Team purchasing restrictions
Canva Pro or Canva for Enterprise team owners and administrators can allow or restrict members from using the team’s stored payment options to prevent unauthorized purchases.
- From the top corner of the homepage, click your account icon or photo.
- Select Account settings.
- Click the Billing & Teams tab.
- Under Team purchasing restrictions, click the dropdown, and select the User role(s) allowed to make purchases using the team’s payment method.
- Click Save changes to finish.
Team owners and billing contacts receive email notifications for every team purchase.
Restricted members can still make purchases using their own payment methods.
