Getting Started: Good to know
We’re almost there! While most of the important topics have been discussed by the previous guides, this one will discuss matters like:
Canva is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
However, in rare cases of Canva being down or inaccessible, the first thing to check is our Status Page. If Canva is experiencing issues, the Status Page will show it. Kindly wait until this is resolved as our engineers are always doing their best to fix issues as soon as possible.
If the Status Page says “All Systems Operational” but you’re still having issues accessing the app, you can head over to our Something’s Not Working page and see if there are any solutions to your issue. You can also contact our Support Team by accomplishing a form from there.

Payment and billing
At this stage, we only accept credit/debit card payments from the following providers:
Purchases in Canva are all based in $US dollars. If your local currency is not in US dollars, purchases will be made using your bank’s conversion rate.
The billing cycle only applies to accounts that have upgraded to Canva for Work and depends on the type of subscription selected. The type of Canva for Work subscription also corresponds the frequency of payment—monthly or yearly.
On the other hand, billing for payment on downloading premium elements or usage of Canva Print services is real-time and immediate.
And that’s it for our Getting Started guides. If you need more information or help, you are always welcome to return to our Help Center for articles and guides. Happy designing!
