Something's not working

Manage uploads

Download or delete media files that you uploaded to Canva.

note: Free Canva accounts can store up to 5GB in their uploads folder. Canva Pro and Canva for Education accounts can store up to 100GB. Canva for Enterprise accounts have unlimited storage.

From the homepage, click the Uploads folder, and refer to the sections below:


Download uploads

  1. Hover the cursor over the media file you want to download.
  2. Click the ••• icon that appears.
  3. Select Download original.


Delete uploads

  1. Hover the cursor over the media file you want to delete.
  2. Click the ••• icon that appears.
  3. Select Trash.

You can also hover over the uploads, and select multiple files by clicking the checkbox that appears. Click the trash icon at the bottom of the page to delete them.

note: Deleting uploaded files is final and cannot be undone.
