Something's not working

Photo folders (Canva 1.0)

With time, you’ll begin to accumulate quite a few photos on Canva. As a Canva for Work user, you can easily organize them into multiple folders to keep them neat and easy to access with Photo folders. This feature exclusive to Canva for Work users and is only available on the web app.

Photo folders also become handy when you’re working on designs that require you to use multiple photos. Instead of having to search through all your uploaded photos, you can collect related photographs into folders and access them all in one click.

note: This article discusses how to create and manage photo folders on Canva 1.0. If you’re using Canva 2.0, head over to our article on Photo folders (Canva 2.0). If you don’t know what version of Canva you’re using, head over to our article about Canva 1.0 and 2.0 to find out.

  2. Click on Uploads within your object panel.

Organize your photo folders

If you feel to reorganize your photos or add more to any specific one, you can do so in three simple ways.

Here’s how:

  1. Drag and drop an image from your desktop and into the opened photo folder.
  2. Drag and drop an image from an opened photo folder to another.
  3. Select an image in your Uploads folder and click “i” on the corner of your desired photo. Select the folder destination you want to move it to.
