Format Requirements

1.  Photo

File format JPG

Color format RGB (AdobeRGB1998 recommended)

Minimum resolution 4 megapixels

Maximum file size 50 megabytes

We recommend having metadata embedded in the IPTC fields of your JPG files. If none is present, our reviewers will add very basic metadata for you, but you’ll have the opportunity to improve it via the website once the files is accepted.

2.  Vector

File Format

Only SVG and EPS (v8 or v10) formats are accepted. AI files, rasterized formats, and ZIP files are not accepted.

You can embed metadata in EPS v10 files, or if you use EPS v8 files, you can include a JPG file of the same filename with the metadata embedded. The metadata will be automatically extracted from the JPG and associated with the vector file.

3.  Layout

Create your layouts in Canva using any of the elements and images from our library or upload your own.
