We’re dedicated to helping you have a great experience with Canva. Rest assured, you will be assisted by a real person who cares about the happiness of our users.

To send us an email, simply navigate to the Help Center homepage and follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Need help? button.
  2. Select the category of the issue and be sure to check out all of the sections as you may find the answer you are looking for even faster.
  3. If your issue is not on the list, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Report an Issue
  4. Fill out the form with the required information and click Submit.

Initial response time

When your email reaches support, you can expect a first response within these timeframes:

  • 24-hour support from Monday until Friday
  • First response within  1 – 4 hours during weekdays
  • We reply within 24 – 48 hours on weekends
note: You must contact us from the email address associated with your Canva account. Reaching out through our Report an Issue form ensures faster issue identification and we will be able to respond as quickly as possible.

Follow up response rate

More often than not, a first response may open a series of investigation and follow up responses can usually take longer.

Complicated and tricky issues may need to be reassigned to a Senior Support Specialist or escalated to a Manager.  Our team will resolve your issue as swiftly as possible but could take up a few days, especially if your issue requires a fix from our engineers.
