- Click on the Need help? button.
- Select the category of the issue and be sure to check out all of the sections as you may find the answer you are looking for even faster.
- If your issue is not on the list, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Report an Issue.
- Fill out the form with the required information and click Submit.
Initial response time
When your email reaches support, you can expect a first response within these timeframes:
- 24-hour support from Monday until Friday
- First response within 1 – 4 hours during weekdays
- We reply within 24 – 48 hours on weekends
Follow up response rate
More often than not, a first response may open a series of investigation and follow up responses can usually take longer.
Complicated and tricky issues may need to be reassigned to a Senior Support Specialist or escalated to a Manager. Our team will resolve your issue as swiftly as possible but could take up a few days, especially if your issue requires a fix from our engineers.
