Something's not working

Refund and Reprint Policy

We aim to provide you with high-quality print products of your designs. So if your Canva Print order encountered or has any of the following issues, tell us right away through this form within 30 days after you receive your order.

note: The order will be assumed satisfactory if you don’t contact us within 30 days. Refund and reprint requests after this period may not be accommodated.

Here’s what we can do for you, depending on the issue with your order.


We will print your order again without changes to the original design. This applies to the following:

  • Damaged or dirty items
  • Missing items
  • Print or manufacturing defect on the order
  • Design elements have shifted compared to the original design
  • Text or font error 


We will refund your order payment. This applies to the following:

  • Spelling, date, etc. errors
  • Order not received
  • Order received late
  • Customer genuinely changed their mind 

Refund times differ depending on your payment option provider, but refunds are usually received in 10 to 20 business days after they are issued.

Cancel order

Depending on your print order status, it may still be canceled. Visit your Print Orders to check the status:

  • Order Placed / Processing: Cancel the order from your end and be refunded in full.
  • Printing: You can still reach out here. We will try to stop production and recover costs to issue you a partial or full refund, depending on how far production has gone.
  • Shipping: Cancellation is no longer possible but we may be able to offer another solution. See “Other” option below. 


Situations differ from order to order. If you think the previous options don’t apply to you, let us know here, so our Support Team can work on a solution for you. They will be in touch within 24 hours.
