Something's not working

Check your print order status

After placing an order, we deliver within 7-8 business days depending on your location. You can view the status of your order via your Account Settings to go to your Print Orders history page. The history page shows all your current and past orders.

Your Order Information

For each of your orders you’ll see:

  • Your design preview
  • Order Date
  • Order Number
  • Order Items
  • Order Status

Possible statuses include:

  • Order Placed. Your order is in our system but we haven’t started working on it yet. You can still cancel the order.
  • Processing. Your order has been accepted by the print facility and all images have been downloaded.
  • Printing. Your order has been loaded onto press for printing.
  • Shipped. Your order has already been shipped.
  • In-transit. Your order is moving within the carrier’s network and is going to be delivered on the scheduled delivery date.
  • Delivered. Your order was delivered successfully.

Clicking the Order Number opens your order details modal where you can track the order status, check payment/shipping information, view order details, download the invoice and contact support. Status information is displayed when relevant (ie. shipment tracking information).

Your Order Information

First, check that you made the order through the correct Canva team you are logged in.

Next, check you’re signed in to the same Canva account you used to create the order. Check your account:

  1. Go to www.canva.com
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Click the dropdown arrow beside your profile name.
  4. If you have multiple teams, select the team you used to create the order.
