Change your delivery address
If you need to change the address you want your order delivered to, we can usually do this at any time while your order is in progress or the status is ‘processing’. This normally means, if you contact us on the same day you placed the order, we can immediately change the delivery address. Once your order has generated a tracking number, it’s too late to change.
If you have an order in ‘processing’ status which you’d like to change, please contact our customer support team with your order number and corrected shipping address.
