Something's not working

Cancel/change your print order

Once your order is finalized through the checkout process, we start working on it immediately. This is to ensure you get your order as quickly as possible.

If you notice an error only after submitting your order to us, contact our customer support team immediately. We may cancel or change your order as long as it has not yet been shipped.

note: This article discusses how to cancel your print orders. If you wish to cancel your Canva for Work subscription, please refer to our dedicated article about it instead.

Cancel Your Order


Here’s how to cancel your order:

  1. Go to Account settings by clicking on the arrow next to your profile name.
  2. Open the Print Orders tab.
  3. Under Current orders, find the order you’d to cancel and click on its Order Number.
  4. Check if the status of your order is not yet shipped.
  5. Click on the Problem with your order? button and fill out the form to contact support.

note: Cancelled orders are refunded immediately on our end. However, your bank may take 5 business days or more to process the refund.

Change Your Order


If you want to change a specific product attribute – size, quantity, paper type or finish, we may cancel your current order so you can make the necessary modifications and resubmit a new order. In such a case, please note that there will be a slight delay in the completion and delivery of your goods.

Once your order is successfully cancelled, a purchase credit for the order amount is applied to your account. Go back to your design and begin a new order with the correct product specifications.
