Inviting Canva for Work team members

As soon as you’ve created a new Canva team, you’ll want to invite your team members to join so they can bask in all its goodness too. As a team owner or administrator, you’re free to add as many members as needed. 

warning: Adding new members increases your monthly or yearly subscription charge.

To invite new members to a team on Canva for Work:

  1. Click on the team name from the side panel of your homepage.
  2. Under the Invite team members section, enter the email addresses of the members you’d like to invite.
  3. Toggle the small arrow to select the User Role you would like to assign to the new member.
  4. Click Send Invitations.

Before your team members can join your team, they will need to accept their email invitations.

note: If you’re looking to use Canva for Work for a team of more than 20 members, you can request for a product demo and a custom price quote and we’ll get back to you immediately.

Paying for additional team members

Have a new recruit? Make sure they’re up to speed on your group’s important projects. Feel free to add them to your Canva for Work team but note that changes in subscription charges will apply depending on the number of teams and team members you have.

The monthly billing plan’s rate is at $US12.95 per month per team for each member. The annual plan’s rate is at $US119.40 per year per team for each team member.

For example, for a team of three members, you are expected to pay $US38.85 monthly or $US358.20 yearly depending on your subscription type. If you wish to add one more member to your existing team of three, an additional $US12.95 (monthly plan) or $119.40 (yearly plan) will be added on top of your current subscription charge.

note: At the moment, Canva for Work and team features can only be accessed on the desktop browser.
