When Canva attempts to charge your payment method but fails, it may be due to several things.
Refer below for what they are and for what you can do to help settle the payment:
- Incorrect billing details. Review and update your billing details to make sure they’re correct.
- Expired or invalid card. Check if your card number and expiration date are correct. Make sure you’re using a supported card as well.
- Online/international purchases disabled. Contact your bank or card provider to make sure your card is enabled for online and international purchases.
- Insufficient funds. Check your balance and make sure it’s sufficient to cover the pending payment.
Canva will retry charging you two more times after the first attempt fails.
