Change subscription plan
Whether you’re on a monthly or annual Canva for Work plan, you can switch plans in just a few easy steps.
To change your subscription:
- Log in to Canva.
- Click on the small arrow next to your profile name. This will reveal a small drop down menu.
- Click on Account settings.
- Click on the Billing & Teams tab.
- Click Change next to your plan.
- Select a new annual or monthly plan.
- Click Confirm.
Annual to Monthly billing
When you switch from a Canva for Work annual plan to a monthly plan, a prorated adjustment will be computed. Refunds are processed manually which may take 10 up to 20 business days to process. You will be charged for the new subscription plan and your new billing date will follow the day you changed your plan.
Monthly to Annual billing
When you change from monthly subscription plan to a yearly Canva for Work plan, you’ll begin the annual subscription immediately. Any credit from your past subscription will automatically apply to your purchase.
How long it takes system to apply changes in subscription or account
Switching subscriptions and making changes to your account may take a while to update. This includes changes in the number of members in your team and adjustments in switching billing plans. Allow 24 hours for the system to fully apply the changes.
