When you upgrade to a Canva for Work account or create a new Canva for Work team, you may want to transfer designs you’ve created on your personal account. You can do so by importing them through the All your designs tab in the Canva homepage.
Doing this lets you access designs exclusively through the Canva for Work account or team it’s imported to. This also means that you’ll be removing them from your personal account. You can return them to your personal account by making a copy of the designs.
To import designs from your personal to a team:
- In the All your designs tab of the homepage, click the green Import all your designs button. A popup will reveal with all designs available in your personal account.
- Click the blue Import button on each design you’d like to move.
- Click the green Finish button at the bottom of the popup. An “Import successful” notification will verify that designs have been moved.
- Click Awesome! to close the message.
