Can’t access account email
If you can’t access your account email, refer below, depending on what applies to you:
You’re still logged in (or can still log in) to Canva
Go to your Account Settings, and update your account email to one that you can access.
You’ve forgotten your registered email address
Go to our Forgotten email address troubleshooting article for details on how we can help you.
It’s a work email and you’ve left the company
Try reaching out to your employer or email service provider for temporary access. Log in to your account, and change your account email to one that you have access to.
